  1. Select student
  2. Select schedule
  3. Enter required information
    1. Week date (the week count will be automatically estimated for you)
    2. Score
    3. Select Baseline or Intervention (Interventions are automatically enumerated)
  4. Enter optional information
    1. Error count (if any)
    2. Notes (click "Add Note" and type in notes in notes textarea)
